未觉池塘春草梦，阶前梧叶已秋声。不知不觉中，金秋“十月”悄然过半，清爽替代了酷暑，随处可见的金黄如同一幅美丽的画卷让人驻足期间，流连忘返。

　　Unconsciously, the golden autumn of October has over half, the cool environment instead of the hot summer, the golden leaves are everywhere which also can be seen in such a beautiful place.

　　
　　为了进一步增强孩子们的自我防范意识，提高对安全工作的重视。幼儿园全体师生在校董事会的指导下。在充分做好各项工作预案的前提下，于本月中旬举办了为期两天的防火演习和消防知识讲授活动。
　　
　　第一天上午9时，各班老师按照预案带领本班孩子们以寓教于乐的方式开展了一系列的安全常识教育活动：如听到警报声不要喧闹，不要乱跑，推人，要跟从老师的指令。第一次这样的演习让孩子们很兴奋也很投入。特别是当孩子们在课堂里做着日常活动时，突然警报声响起，没有一个孩子惊慌失措，大声叫嚷，而是在听到警报声后，牢牢记住之前老师们的教导，等待着老师们的下一步指令。随后，按照预案，老师们快速地带领幼儿在各班门口集合，以班级为单位依次出校直到抵达安全区域。在此过程中，包括小托班的孩子们都紧紧地拽着老师们的手，没有一个乱跑乱叫，活动取得了预期效果。
　　
　　In order to enhance children's self-prevention awareness and let the teachers to pay attention on building safety work. Based on the director’s idea and teachers’ preparation,our kindergarten held a two-day fire drill and fire knowledge lecture activities.
　　
　　At 9 am on the first day,the teachers of each class had told each child about today’s activity and explained why we are doing this: if you hear the alarm, don’t be panic, don’t run around, don’t push people. Follow the instructions of the teachers. This activity made the children be very excited and very engaged. So, when the children were doing daily activities in the classroom normally, suddenly the alarm launched, no one was acting so crazy, anyhow, after hearing the alarm, the children remember what the teachers’ said and they stood in a line and wait for the teacher’s next instruction.

　　
　　按照预案，第二天，我校邀请了Fairfield镇的消防队长和副队长来给我校指导消防知识。从幼儿班到大班，乖巧的孩子们都显得安安静静，这一切都离不开老师们平时的教育。虽然在美国，老师更多采取的是自主教学，自主学习，同时注重孩子们的规则意识培养。老师们会给孩子们大量的课后活动时间培养他们的创造性和团队合作。
　　
　　在消防知识回答中，当消防队长问孩子们问题时，孩子们踊跃举手发言，没有人抢话或者做多余的动作。当然，孩子们在防火知识问题上，给出的答案充满着天真童稚，但是这并不妨碍接下来的教学，队长很耐心地听取孩子们的问题，并且给出了他自己的想法和回答，尽可能地帮助孩子们了解消防安全的重要性。
　　
　　According to the plan, the teachers quickly led the children to stand by the door, and then the children went out in order to the safe area. In the process of transfer, the children, include the baby class were holding the teachers' hands tightly, and the children were stay closely with the teachers and no screaming. The activity achieved the expected results. During the next day, according to the plan, our school invited the fire brigade and vice-captain of Fairfield Town to give us the knowledge of fire protection. From the toddler classes to the Pre-K classes, the children acted very well-behaved and sit quietly on the floor, even though in America, teachers are more self-directed, and focus on the children's awareness of the class rules. The teachers will give the children a lot of after-school activities to develop their creativity and cooperation awareness.
　　
　　In today's fire knowledge Q&A, when the fire brigade asked the children questions about fire protecting, the children raised their hands and responded back, no one rushed or did extra moves. Without doubt, some of children's answers about the fire prevention knowledge are full of innocence, but it did not influence the teaching. The captain patiently listened to the children's problems about fire and gave his own ideas and helped children to understand the importance of safe work.

　　
　　授课后，消防队长邀请孩子们参观了消防车，了解了消防车的基本功用，并让每一个孩子登上车体验乘坐消防车的感受。最后，大班的两位老师和班上的孩子们在消防车前合影留念。
　　
　　After the class, the fire brigade invited the children to visit the fire truck for simply understanding the function of the fire truck. He even let every child get on the truck and felt how the feeling of riding a fire truck. Finally, the two Pre-K teachers and the entire Pre-K students took photos in front of the fire truck.

　　
　　在各方面积极配合下，本次防火演习和消防知识讲座活动取得圆满成功。用一句话来概括这次活动：平凡中得真知，细微处显本能。安全无小事，娃娃更得懂！
